"When I was looking for a 9-3 for my wife, I couldn't have come across better folks than Al & Pete at 9motors to make my car-buying experience a positive one. The Saab vehicles that Al brings into his lot are in great condition, looking near-new inside out, and mine is still under the original warranty by Saab until later this year. Al & Pete are laid-back, casual, and friendly, so there was no pushy pressure commonly seen at new-car dealerships. They also price fairly from the beginning that there's no hustle of hard-negotiation just to lower the overly inflated mark-up prices. A test drive thru the hills nearby was fun, and it was a good time for asking any questions about the car itself, without being presented with any sales pitches. For all my requests at any time prior to & even after my purchase, a brief email or TEL conversation with Al was all I needed to establish, as it was then always so promptly & thoroughly communicated to Pete that I only had to just show up and everything was ready for me, without having to explain anything again. They also carry an extended warranty that's longer & more thorough than what the dealership carries. I am thinking of going back to Al & Pete for it, when the original warranty on our '01 9-3 expires later on this year. And, if/when we look for another Saab in the future, I'll definitely go see Al & Pete at 9motors first. Thanks for a great car-buying experience."

"Anytime an individual sets out to buy a car over the internet, an adventure is in the making. You made this adventure easy by answering all my questions and sending me detailed photos. You described the car accurately, doing the test drive for me. Then you presented me a price that was very fair, which is a part of buying a car most people hate. You overnight the papers, hung in there with a bad case of flu while babysitting your wee son, as we finished the deal. "I'm delighted: I'm new to the Saab community, but I did a fair amount of research and talking to Saab owners before I decided to focus on a 9-5 SE Wagon (instead of an Audi, BMW, Volvo or 'Benz). Al Bastan, a "stranger via the web" and a reputable, well-known Saab enthusiast patiently answered many of my questions, not only about the car, but about what constitutes a fair deal and what to look for in a used Saab.
